Welcome to Villa Banyan! 

Villa Banyan, Umeanyar, is a newly built (2014), fully serviced, luxury vacation rental destination on the northern coast of Bali. The property is set 30 meters above sea level on a small cliff, just 300m from the beach. The villa has 5-bedrooms and is fully equipped with a large kitchen including all modern appliances, a spacious living and media room, a huge infinity pool, and various lounge areas, balconies and terraces to benefit from the vast and breath-taking scenery of this unique spot.

The villa is surrounded by 3400sq. metres of terraced tropical gardens on three levels. There are two Bale Bengongs (Gazebos) built directly into the cliff with stunning views over the blue ocean and the vivid green rice paddies stretching right up to the edge of the black volcanic sand beach of the Bali Sea.

An old majestic fig (Banyan) tree gives shade and lends the villa its name. The centre of the L-shaped house with its large infinity pool opens to the green zone of the village, while the back borders to a local temple used for ceremonies only 2-3 times a year. Thus, being without direct neighbours, the property is an ideal location for the ultimate relaxation experience; yet, it is still very close to a variety of local restaurants and the smaller resorts of the area.

VILLA BANYAN SPACE

The generously spaced villa offers 580 sq. metres of living space covered with traditional Alang-Alang roof. It is designed in a unique combination of modern and traditional Balinese architectural elements. The property offers the best of Balinese hospitality with European standards through luxury, refinement, modernity, design, space and comfort. In 5 air-conditioned bedrooms we can accommodate up to 10 guests.

There are 4 master / main bedrooms of similar size (great for groups), all with en-suite bathrooms. Master and main bedrooms all have ocean views and are designed with modern luxury (super-king or king size beds; high quality mattresses and linen, custom made teak wood furniture, in- room safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, bathroom amenities and laundry services). An additional bedroom with two full size bunk beds (190×90) is dedicated to our younger guests and can be accessed and connected to either of two bedrooms on the ground floor.

All bathrooms, three of which are half inside, half semi-outdoor, feature modern European appliances with abundant use of natural materials: Teak wood cabinets, double design washbasins on terrazzo tops and natural stone flooring. The two master baths (one with design tub) are surrounded by a private tropical garden with palm trees and soothing water wall statue. Other amenities include hair dryers in each bathroom and our Villa Banyan signature series of organic soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.

The modern living / media room has a brand new 50″ LCD TV with more than 100 International channels (Indovision), a DVD player with surround sound system and an international movie selection. Of course you have a wireless “Hot Spot” available with unlimited and free WIFI access in order to keep up with your correspondence.
In the villa you will find multiple lounges, dining areas, terraces and balconies offering arguably the best panoramic views on the northern coast of Bali. The huge 18×6 m pool, embedded in a natural stone terrace with a frangipani and coral tree touches the edge of the cliff and creates a true infinity experience.

To make sure the villa is running smoothly there are 6 dedicated English-speaking staff members. 1 manager/ helpdesk, 2 cook /housekeeper, 2 gardeners, 1 security guard and 1 driver. The cook will prepare lunch and dinner for you on request from an extensive menu. Further services like massages and a full range of beauty treatments can be enjoyed at the privacy of your villa and will be gladly arranged by our help desk. Or you can visit the Zen Resort, a famous world-class spa and centre for yoga and meditation, which is just 50 metres up the road.

Pick-up and Return Transportation can be arranged. During your stay the villas own luxury van with driver can be rented for tours or shopping.
