Extremely well-appointed luxury rental Villa Batavira is perched on a hilltop side among a lush tropical greenery. This newly built is a developed around a nature and jungle concept with a modern take onnew brand and a newly built villa with a nature and jungle concept with modern take on Balinese architecture – which is quickly becoming the new standard for tropical luxury homes. The complexity of the design of Villa Batavira is subtly downplayed by its the natural colour scheme, creating a space that is chic, stylish, elegant, and tranquil, all at the same time.

Located in a the hidden village of Ularan in North Bali, the villa offers a unique experience. From the villa it is 15minutess drive to Seririt (second town of Buleleng, with basic amenities), half an hour to the tourist hotspot Lovina and it’s only 45minutes to Pemutaran (great for snorkeling, diving and the gateway for West Bali National Park). This villa is a perfect place for those who are looking for a fully private villa and serene vibes away from the crowds.

The exterior features many openings to the terraces and balconies, ensuring magnificent views of the Balinese landscape from every room and terrace and a constant fresh ocean breeze flowing through the interior. The decor is bright and cheerful with a nature touch. Designer furniture, eclectic art, and high-tech electronics fill the indoor spaces. The open layout seamlessly combines the indoor kitchen, dining and living, with outdoor lounge terrace and pools into one huge social space, great for entertaining.

All four of its beautiful spacious bedrooms are comfortable for a maximum of eight guests. There are two master bedrooms each featuring a king-sized beds, walk-in closets, private balcony and, en-suite open jungle bathroom with twin wash basins, a comfortable bathtub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds (which can be combined to a king-sized bed), walk-in closet, private balcony and en-suite open jungle bathroom with a shower. The master bedrooms have each a connecting door to the adjacent bedroom to create two family-rooms with each their private spaces.

The jungle-inspired gardens feature a central waterfall and fishpond, harmonizing with its nature focused concept. The owners, Bastien and Sinta, have balanced a deep respect for the earth with superb luxury amenities.

The villa is built over 2 levels and features expansive windows and doors opening to ample outdoor lounges and a wooden deck surroundings the infinity pool and covered kiddys -pool. The villa boast a romantic 360degree views of the Balinese landscape and ocean.

The focus is on space and light, with every window framing the tantalizing views. The villa is equipped to the highest standards with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a gorgeous gourmet kitchens equipped with designer appliances. Guest Access

  • Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring complete privacy during their stay.

Interaction with Guests

  • Our villa features dedicated housekeeping staff who also maintain the pool and garden. If you’d like meals prepared during your stay, we can arrange for an additional staff member to cook for you.
  • Additionally, our guest relations service is available to help you plan and organize activities such as tours, diving, snorkeling, and other adventures to explore Bali. We’re here to make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

  • The base price is for 2 guests. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking, and the price will adjust automatically.
  • The villa is entirely private and exclusively yours to enjoy. It is not shared with other guests.
  • Our staff does not live on-site and work flexible hours (up to 8 hours daily). You can decide their working hours to balance assistance and privacy during your stay.
  • Bookings operate on a request basis. Once submitted, we will confirm availability and provide you with the next steps for the reservation process.
