Villa Sunset is built over three terraced levels. You enter on the middle level, where the main living areas and the upper pool are located. Bedrooms are on the level below, while the master suite and gym sit privately on the top floor. From every corner, you can feel the breeze, the calm, and the luxury of the surrounding nature.

Guest Access

• Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the infinity pool, padel court, kitchen, living areas, garden, and parking. No spaces are shared. Staff will come only during agreed hours for housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure complete privacy.

Interaction with Guests

At this luxurious villa, you’ll enjoy a 24-hour host availability, ensuring assistance is always within reach.

The villa offers a full complement of staff to provide top-tier service during your stay:

• Kitchen staff are available to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at no additional cost (excluding the cost of ingredients).
• Cleaning staff will take care of daily housekeeping, including fresh towels, so you can relax in comfort.
• A gardener and pool attendant will maintain the outdoor spaces, ensuring the garden looks beautiful and the pool remains clean and inviting.
• The villa also features a helpdesk service, ready to assist with arranging tours, diving, hiking, and other activities, making your experience seamless and enjoyable.

While the villa staff normally work for 8 hours a day (with flexible hours), you can choose the working hours that suit your preference for privacy. Our dedicated villa staff is available during agreed service hours to assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and guest needs. We respect your privacy—staff will only enter the villa with your permission. For anything you need during your stay, our guest relations team is just a message or call away and happy to help arrange transport, tours, massages, or special requests.

Other Things to Note 

• For bookings of 7 nights or more, we offer a welcome package, which includes a complimentary lunch or dinner (depending on your arrival time) on your first day, along with breakfast the following morning.
• Please note that the base price is for 2 people. The extra charge for extra people is EUR 36/night/person. If you will stay with more than 2 people, then please put the correct number of guests. The price will be calculated automatically.
